This route follows local trails from Radcliffe to the Bridgewater Canal path then we follow the Pennine way for a short while and enter Lymm on the road. We return via Glazebrook and the Tydesley and Roe Green Looplines back to the start via Bradley Fold. This is a pleasant exploration of south Manchester, riding through some fantastic parks and along the banks of the River Mersey. This route is based on traffic free cycle paths, quiet lanes and national cycle routes. We will stop for refreshments at Fletcher Moss Park. A lock and money are advisable. Book here.

The Tuesday evening classes are open to all abilities, and focus on conditioning the whole body to improve core strength, flexibility and prevent injury. Each session will pay attention to common problem areas for cyclists, enhance overall suppleness and avoid stiffness post-ride. Price: £5, please pay cash on the evening.
